This is the "Betsy Johnson" floor of the hospital. It is the top floor. You can clearly see into the "Diane Dillard Surgery Area" and the "Gary Hiedi Recovery Area" which share the same space.

Of course, it needs some sort of a divider and don't even get me started on how patients will get from the "Sisters of St. Joseph" reception area to the "Betsy Johnson" floor. Like other Lego designs, the people will magically transport themselves. Note that the patient on the table has a moustache and woman's hairstyle.

I wonder what kind of operation he/she's in for?
