ask him to go talk to Sara (Tyson - one of the county attorneys) and see if he can set something up with us and them to start mutual dissolution of the IGA talks."

4/4/11 from Jay Tappan using the public owned computer at the fire department "I just finished talking to Earl (Commissioner Fisher) and I think we have a good understanding of where we are going." "We will not reference any arrangement past 30 June so as to blunt the criticism of us doing a sleight of hand...."  "The commissioners need to have that impression of "selecting" a next provider of PH (public health) services past 30 June." "Is there any risk in this? - - yes, but it's the only clean way to do the deal." "Let's not talk about the Foundation until much later in this I suspect we said too much at our last Board meeting..."  "The goal is to get far enough along on the dissolution so that the angry folks who are going to take over as CHD Board members will not be able to un-do the process. Regardless, they will not have the PHA by that time anyway."

4/5/11 from Jay Tappan using the public owned computer at the fire department to Karen Ladd "I think we are on a good footing with the Commissioners in terms of them not screwing us out of the deal after July 1. I may be wrong about all this, but I think what's driving them is a total fear of working with the crazy people. They also live in fear of the public perception that we are pulling a fast one on this."

"The crazies will not have a district to inherit, or at least they will be stuck with one that is being erased." - Jay Tappan

And on that note, we will leave you to your own research at nohospitaltax.info (available February 1). Please let us know if you find anything which we have missed.  There is so much more to read through and we could use a thousand pair of eyes. This is up to all of us as taxpayers now.

Here we go again! Has anyone noticed how our elected County Government agents seem to lose sight of those whom they owe their allegiances to, the people? Why are we always the last ones to know what kind of wheeling and dealing they do behind closed doors? In a well-orchestrated one and only public meeting miles away from the most populated areas of the county the Port of St. Upid shovels coal down our throats  without so much as a kiss with our screwing. One frigging meeting and the Port goes into executive session and returns with in minutes with a unanimous vote to approve a terminal service agreement with Pacific Transloading LLC a subsidiary of Ambre Energy a huge multinational corporation. They acted as if they were actually going to listen to the public, when in reality at their numerous behind closed door negotiations they had already decided they would be grant approval with the guarantee that there would only be one public meeting. This is the newest tactic used by those who don't want public input and more importantly public opposition to these environmentally hazardous operations. They say the coal will be transported by train from points east to Morrow County and then loaded on barges for the shipments from Morrow County to Columbia County, then loaded on ships for overseas export at the County's Port Westward property near Quincy. I would be willing to bet that before all is said and done they will be rolling hundreds of train car through our communities and all we will get is the health hazards they create. Shame on the Port of St. Upid for their total disregard for the public. I urge the voters in the port district to send all these clowns home when their terms are up!

Whether you call them sovereigns, skin heads or patriots
its all based on lies, a house of cards.
As the radical movements grows the F B I warns of violence and
is hard pressed to come up with adequate responses.
One group that goes after these hate groups is The Southern Poverty Law Center or SPLC.
I watched them in action in Portland when Morris Dees (the head of SPLC)
went after a group of skin heads and neo nazis in the court house
The Metszgers defended them selves and was blown out of the water.
A huge settlement against the Metszgers was won by the family of Mulugeta Seraw when the skin head group, Ken Dath Mieskem Kyle Brewster and Steve Strasser, murdered Mr Seraw by beating him todeath because he was black,
The Seraw family got $12,5 million award against John Metzger and the East Side White Pride.
These people are nothing more than domestic terrorists and should be treated as such.
The SPLC has won a number of cases against these right wing radical groups.
They forfeit their property and cash in these law suits always thinking they can out smart everyone.
They are nothing but Neanderthal thugs.
They are letting their hair grow out so they aren't so conspicuous but you can't change the face of evil.
There are a number of groups like Southern Poverty Law Center that are on the front lines doing battle with these hate groups, and winning.
Although the hate groups are always recruiting and they have a degree of success when the economy
