On another point, farmers would not have to hire illegal's or as many, if this country had not enacted the law many years ago that prohibited kids from doing farm labor. I can remember going out and picking strawberries with my mom at the ripe ole age of 6. We started at 5:30 A.M. worked until about 2:00PM did that until I reached 18. We did all kinds of farm labor growing up, you know how it was, what ever needed harvested you were there in the fields. And you did what ever you could to earn a buck. I believe that working hard as a kid taught self-respect, the value of money and what it was like to work, creating a good work ethic. Something that the kids now days know nothing of.

This is a subject that has many sides, and most likely the debate will go one for quite some time.
