STOP!
There will be No cattle sold!
Until there is a verdict reached.

A federal judge put the brakes on the county commissioners from selling the herd of cattle that was confiscated from a local farmer. The county commissioners seem to have a habit of doing what they want when they want from fraudulently taking CHD assets to the enforcement of land use issues .Which usually results in a decision on which laws to enforce depends on who the person is. The commissioners seem to have a track record of trying to run the county their way with little or no regard to ordinances and in this matter a verdict on a court matter not waiting to see if the farmer was indeed guilty before they seized and sold his herd of cattle. Their actions of selling the farmers cattle before a decision is made in the legal system come across as theft.

People should be outraged by the way these commissioners handle the business of the people. Backroom deals and secrecy seems to be  the norm by these three commissioners, if they are this crooked in the matter of seizing a herd of cattle and selling them off what other questionable actions have they been  involved in the past.

Since a federal judge has stepped in the county commissioners will have to take responsibility for their actions. The matter is not whether the cattle was abused that will come out in court and should be decided in court and not decided by the county commissioners. With the county commissioners actions being stopped by a federal judge hopefully the next time there is a decision to make, the county commissioners will take it a bit slower and make sure that they are following the law before they act because they are not above the law and need to remember that they must follow the rules, regulations, and the law just like everyone else.
