Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution gives Congress the authority to impeach the president, vice president and "all civil Officers of the United States" for "treason, bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."

Rep.Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio) drafts and submits articles of impeachment, in a letter sent to Congress, he notifies his fellow colleagues of his intentions. Although all congressmen are not on board he does have at least 13 in support. My hopes are, that enough members of congress will get the courage to sign on with the impeachment proceedings. After the breaking news today July 2, 2007, when the appointed president aka Benedict Arnold of the 21 century came out and pardoned Scooter Libby, after a jury of his peers found him guilty of perjury/lying and obstruction of justice, Bush used the excuse that the punishment was in excess of the crime.
The verdict that came down and the punishment fell into the established perimeters of set guidelines. The Bush administration proved once again that they have NO regard for what this country was founded on, and the sound principles, which has kept America working for 225 years, and that is THE RULE OF LAW. ALL AMERICANS ARE TO BE TREATED THE SAME, NO MATTER OF YOUR SOCIAL STANDING, MONATARY VALUE, OR COLOR. Not so with the Bush administration, he clearly shows that he believes that there are those "special people " who are above the law and above all other Americans.
Bush and his gang has no allegiance to this country and for which it stands, no regard for the under cover agents who's identify is a matter of life and death and a matter of national security, they are loyal only to corporate friends and to the Bush dynasty's pocket books.

I hope Congress remembers why they were elected in the first place, I hope Congress remembers what their oath of office really means, I hope that Congress pulls their heads out of their collective ass's and for once takes a stand, and stops this grave attack on America by a corrupt group of people. Until congress takes a stand, holds hearings, brings forth to the American people, the many unlawful acts, and blatant disregard for the Constitution of The United States of America, that the Bush administration has done, and prosecutes this corrupt, treasonous group to the full extent of the law, only then, will the America people once again have faith in their government.
With the 4^th of July this week I hope that you remember why we are celebrating the 4^th in the first place, remember the wisdom of our founding fathers, remember all those who sacrificed the ultimate, in the birth of our great nation and in each step that America took.
Give some thought to the plight of our nation, don't sit by and do nothing, act now! Defend our nation, from TREACHERY. Call the White House and express your displeasure with their unlawful actions.
